A regulation of '38AA.duty of other contractors to ensure safety of places of work' is added in the L.S.No.2 to Gazette No. 48/2003 (L.N. 258 of 2003). This revised regulation places responsibility for safety on ALL levels of contracting on projects. As such everyone should be aware of their added responsibilities.
