The Construction Industry Council (CIC) is developing Hong Kong's first Zero Carbon Building, a project announced earlier in the Policy Address. In order to raise public awareness and interest in zero carbon building and invite ideas for naming Hong Kong's first Zero Carbon Building, CIC will hold a naming competition, targeting the general public, industry stakeholders and students.
